Strong Authentication for Sun Secure Global Desktop and Sun Ray with Smart Cards
For Sun customers seeking to utilize strong authentication when using Sun Secure Global Desktop (SGD) and/or Sun Ray™, ActivIdentity enables authentication using Java Card. When used with Sun Ray Connector for Windows OS, users can log into Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Server, or Terminal Server as well.

Seamless integration
ActivClient integrates seamlessly with Solaris for PKI-based authentication to Secure Global Desktop web browsers, and other PKI-enabled applications and clients. When ActivClient is installed on a Windows Terminal Server, the strong authentication provided by the smart card can be leveraged and bridged to applications when using Secure Global Desktop or Sun Ray Connector for Windows OS. |
