How it Works
Parent(s) or guardian(s) and the child authenticate the child's arrival and departure through a fingerprint scan located at the point(s) of arrival and depature. For children to small to use a fingerprint scanner, Ceelox K[id] uses photographs of both the child and the parent/guardian to authenticate arrivals and depatures. Ceelox K[id] maintains a record of all arrivals and departures recogonized by a fingerprint scan or visual identification, including times and names of parent/guardians and children. These records provide critical accounting information for generating reports required by many regulatory agencies (employee-to-child ratio reports, for example), as well as documentation for late pick-ups, early drop-offs, absences and other valuable reporting functions. Ceelox K[id] compiles this data into time and attendance reports for parents and employees.
