We hope that you are completely
satisfied with your order from Envoy
Data. If, however, you need to make
a return, please review the
following FAQ and follow the steps
provided. Items that are not
eligible to be replaced or returned
are described below. If a refund is
issued, the purchase price of the
item plus any applicable sales tax
will be credited. At Envoy Data we
are dedicated to bringing you the
best customer service and ensuring
that you are 100% satisfied with
your purchase.
How do I return my order?
In order to return your order, you
must contact Envoy Data’s customer
service line at
1-800-368-6971 or through email at
ordersupport@envoydata.com and request a return
form. After you have completed the
form, simply fax it back to us at
1-480-829-9045. Once your return
request has been approved, a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) will be
issued to you via E-mail. Please
note that every return MUST have an
RMA# or else return is invalid.
Through what courier service
should I send back my product?
Due to tracking purposes,
UPS or FedEx must be used to return
a product.
What happens once I return the
product?
Defective goods will be replaced or
a credit given for future purchases
after receipt and inspection.
Customer error returns and special
orders will incur a 15% restocking
fee.
How much time do I have to return my
product?
Envoy Data utilizes a 30-day return
policy, offering customers up to 30
days after receiving a good to
return the product.
What condition must the products be
in when returned?
All returns must be in new condition
and in its original package.
What products cannot be returned?

What if I need to change my order?
Once an order has been placed
customers must contact Customer
Service immediately in order to
cancel or change their order.
Unfortunately, once the shipping
process has begun we are unable to
honor customer request to cancel or
change the order
What should I do if the
product I have received is not what
I ordered?
Customer has 48 hours from receipt
of order to contact Envoy Data for
any shipping discrepancies.
