We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order from Envoy Data. If, however, you need to make a return, please review the following FAQ and follow the steps provided. Items that are not eligible to be replaced or returned are described below. If a refund is issued, the purchase price of the item plus any applicable sales tax will be credited. At Envoy Data we are dedicated to bringing you the best customer service and ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

How do I return my order?

In order to return your order, you must contact Envoy Data’s customer service line at 1-800-368-6971 or through email at ordersupport@envoydata.com and request a return form.

After you have completed the form, simply fax it back to us at 1-480-829-9045. Once your return request has been approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) will be issued to you via E-mail. Please note that every return MUST have an RMA# or else return is invalid.

Through what courier service should I send back my product?

Due to tracking purposes, UPS or FedEx must be used to return a product.

After you have completed the form, simply fax it back to us at 1-480-829-9045. Once your return request has been approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) will be issued to you via E-mail. Please note that every return MUST have an RMA# or else return is invalid.

What happens once I return the product?

Defective goods will be replaced or a credit given for future purchases after receipt and inspection. Customer error returns and special orders will incur a 15% restocking fee.

How much time do I have to return my product?

Envoy Data utilizes a 30-day return policy, offering customers up to 30 days after receiving a good to return the product.

What condition must the products be in when returned?

All returns must be in new condition and in its original package

What if I need to change my order?

Once an order has been placed, customers must contact Customer Service immediately in order to cancel or change their order.

Unfortunately, once the shipping process has begun we are unable to honor customer request to cancel or change the order.

Does Envoy Data offer Same Day Shipping?

Most domestic orders placed before 2:00PM Arizona Time Monday-Friday will usually ship out the same day.

Same day shipping doesn't apply to:

International Orders.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

All international orders must first be approved by a sales person prior to shipping.

Where will Envoy Data ship my order?

We will ship your order to the Shipping Address that you provide. Please do not list a Post Office Box (PO Box) as UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box and shipment of your order will be delayed. We currently ship to the United States, US Territories, and US Military bases* (US & Abroad).

*APO: We ship to APO as a service to our US Service men and women abroad, however rates do vary per APO destination.

How are shipping and handling charges determined?

Domestic Shipping and handling rates are determined by the shipping option selected by the customer. Please note that larger orders may require an additional shipping fee.

Why must Envoy Data verify my shipping address?

For fraud prevention purposes, if your billing and shipping addresses are different, we must verify your shipping address.

Please contact the bank that issued your credit card and have your shipping address listed as an alternate address in that bank's memo field. Please make sure your credit card issuer bank's phone number is correctly listed in your Envoy Data account information.

What payment methods does Envoy Data accept?

No Purchase Orders, Fax or C.O.D. orders will be accepted on the website. Please call an Envoy Data representative if you would like to use a purchase order. We do not currently accept international credit cards at this time.

What type of security features are utilized to safeguard my information?

Security is a top priority at Envoy Data. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as your credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software currently available in the industry - SSL. Envoy Data uses the most advanced form of SSL software available: 128-bit encryption by Thawte. To learn more about SSL, follow this link www.thawte.com.

Envoy Data operates in a secure facility that requires all employees to wear valid ID badges and check in the security system. Protected by 1Point Security software and equipped with HID hardware our facility will house all customers’ information in a safe and secure place.

Why was my credit/debit card declined when I know for certain that I have the funds available?

A credit card can decline due to an incorrectly-entered credit card number or expiration date, a daily limit, insufficient credit or other reasons. Contact your credit card company for more information.

Does Envoy Data know specifically why my credit/debit card was declined?

Our system charges your credit card automatically. Envoy Data is not given a reason for any decline.

Please verify that you've given us the correct credit card number and expiration date. If you've already done so, please contact your credit card company or bank for information.
